Torruella of U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit San Juan Puerto Rico. She has been admitted to the State Bar of New York (2003) as well as the State Bar of Connecticut (2003). Asha has written op-eds for The New York Times The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post among others and is currently a legal editor for ABC News. She sits on the Just Security board of editors and also serves as a Council of Foreign Relations Member.
