Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the screen. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. The family moved to Texas to pursue an occupation as a physical therapist within the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando, Florida and performed in a wide range of acting roles. This included independent local films as well as global commercials. Despite her small roles, she was soon able to discover her love in acting. In the year following her move from New York, in 2001, Rosa Santos earned her first role as an actor in the show All My Children. From 2001 to 2000, she was a small part on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she landed her first major series role on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. The role she played was A.D.A. in Law & Order in which the most memorable scene was in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. She then migrated to the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated to win several awards, including Best Supporting Actress for TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as a number of ALMA Award nominations. In 2008 she took home a Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring part. She was cast as Marisol Delko. She is the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was in NBC's dramatic dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After a couple of episodes the series was ended. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her ethnicity is Italian and has a younger sister Cory. Milano was raised in one of the most religious, conservative families. Milano began her professional career as a child when her nanny was with her on an acting audition. Her audition was part of more than 1,000 people who applied. She was selected to be one of the four girls. Milano is featured in TV advertisements, off-Broadway productions and the American premiere of Jane Eyre.
